Job summary

Cartrack Asia is seeking a driven B2B New Business Development Hunter to expand our Metro Manila presence. You will prospect, open doors and convert opportunities into customers for our IoT and analytics platform.

Build a robust pipeline, meet decision-makers, tailor solutions, negotiate deals and travel within Metro Manila to meet clients. A proven B2B sales track record and hunter mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales/new business development experience
• Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation and customer acquisition
• Hunter mentality with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Confident cold caller approaching new customers
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and able to work independently
• Commercial acumen to identify customer needs and sell solutions
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field advantageous

Responsibilities

• Hunt for and acquire new B2B customers
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and social media
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
• Meet decision-makers and understand their business challenges
• Present Cartrack's technology and tailor solutions to customer needs
• Negotiate and close new business
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline and forecasts
• Travel across Metro Manila and nearby areas to meet prospective customers
