Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Pasig to lead enterprise level digital advertising and media sales growth in the Philippines. You will hunt and cultivate partnerships with media agencies, direct advertisers, fintechs, mobility firms, OTA players, and telcos.

You will develop high-value partnerships, negotiate complex deals, and present data-driven proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor monetization solutions for the local market and SEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years in Sales, BD, or Account Management with 5+ years in Ads/Media/Business Solutions.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and partnerships in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise advertisers and partners.
• Develop outbound sales strategies by industry and market.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven commercial proposals and pitches.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on monetization solutions.
• Monitor market trends in Philippines and Southeast Asia.
• Maintain accurate forecast, pipeline, and CRM reporting.
• Hit individual sales targets and revenue growth goals.
