Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Manila is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive enterprise-level digital advertising and media sales across the Philippines. You will hunt for opportunities and build long-term partnerships with media agencies, advertisers, fintechs, mobility, OTA, and telco brands.

You will develop outbound strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver monetization solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in Sales/BD/Account management with 5+ in Ads/Media.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising and digital monetization.
• Proficient in Salesforce and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an enterprise advertiser pipeline.
• Develop outbound sales strategies by industry verticals.
• Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
• Prepare data-driven commercial proposals and pitches.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
