Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to hunt, manage and grow assigned enterprise and corporate accounts, serving as the main contact for key clients and ensuring high satisfaction.

You will develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives, identify upsell opportunities for telco products, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or technology services
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience handling enterprise or key accounts is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Hunt, manage and grow assigned enterprise and corporate accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telco products and services (connectivity, data, mobile, enterprise solutions, etc.)
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, product, finance) to ensure SLA compliance
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and conduct contract negotiations
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues efficiently
• Provide mentorship or guidance to junior account managers when required
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews for management
