Job summary

Asian Institute of Management in Makati seeks a Student Recruitment Senior Supervisor to drive enrollment targets and support the Institute’s reputation for academic excellence. You will lead recruitment activities, nurture applicants, and coordinate with the Academic Team to convert inquiries into enrollees via CRM-enabled processes.

Responsibilities include delivering customer-focused service, organizing events, and collaborating with LGUs and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Five years of work experience in sales.
• Experience in student recruitment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of recruitment and admissions services to meet enrollment targets.
• Implement recruitment projects and events and convert applicants into enrollees.
• Coordinate with Academic Team to support recruitment activities.
• Represent the Institute at on-campus and off-campus events.
