Job summary

PERSOL is looking for a sales-driven and passionate recruiter to identify talents and manage the recruitment process end to end for engineering contracting space. You will source candidates, interview, and build strong relationships with clients while expanding the client portfolio and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Your role will require proactive engagement with stakeholders, competitive drive, and a focus on delivering effective recruitment solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering or IT degree is a plus.
• Prior recruitment, sales, business development or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking with different stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with a target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Resilient, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Understand hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for roles.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends and hiring conditions.
• Manage your recruitment pipeline and hit team targets.
• Ensure a smooth hiring journey through timely follow-ups with clients and candidates.
