Job summary

Emerson is seeking an Engineer I, Technical Support Quote and Order Management professional in the Philippines to provide technical support to sales offices, partners, and administrators across MEA. You will respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, review orders, and administer orders into the system, developing expertise across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
Proficiency in English communication.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Must be amenable to a 12-month fixed-term employment arrangement.

Responsibilities

Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and manage and fulfill customer orders to generate clean invoices for accounts receivable handling.
Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
Provide customer proposals involving review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation and creation, handling of buy-outs, pricing, lead time, and sizing.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and address technical clarifications related to proposals.
Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing and lead times.
Resolve order issues and raise them to internal teams as needed.
