Responsibilities

Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and fulfill orders to generate clean invoices for AR handling.
Review technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
Provide customer proposals covering technical and commercial requirements, model validation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, and sizing.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and clarification on proposals.
Manage order bookings by validating data sheets, model numbers, pricing, lead times, and configuration.
Resolve order issues and escalate to internal teams when needed.
