Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and fulfill orders to generate clean invoices for AR handling.
• Review technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
• Provide customer proposals covering technical and commercial requirements, model validation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, and sizing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and clarification on proposals.
• Manage order bookings by validating data sheets, model numbers, pricing, lead times, and configuration.
• Resolve order issues and escalate to internal teams when needed.

By joining us as an Engineer I, Technical Support Quote and Order Management, you will provide technical support to the sales offices, local business partners, and business administrators in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region by answering general technical inquiries and concerns, preparing technical proposals, technically and commercially reviewing orders, and administering orders into the system.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and effectively manage and fulfill customers' orders to generate clean invoices for efficient accounts receivable handling.
• Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
• Provide customer proposals, which involve the review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation and creation, handling of buy-outs, managing pricing, lead time, and sizing-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal workgroups for escalations and address technical clarifications related to the proposal.
• Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing, lead-time, sizing, and configuration activities.
• Resolve order issues and raise them to internal workgroups as needed.
