Responsibilities include entering orders in the system, coordinating with teams to resolve issues, and auditing team members’ orders while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2.25 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management.
• Knowledge of Oracle and email management tools.
• Basic to intermediate MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant functional teams to resolve order-related issues and follow customer instructions.
• Expedite order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing.
• Conduct audits on processed orders of other team members.
