Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a customer-facing professional in the Philippines to manage order entry and support for named EOEM accounts. The role involves facilitating CTO configurations, maintaining SPA accuracy, and delivering timely customer responses.

Hybrid work setup requires US business hours in BGC, Taguig. Candidates should have 3–6 years in case/order management, strong communication skills, and solid MS Office 365 and Excel skills to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4- or 5-year course.
• 3–6 years related work experience in case management & order management.
• Willing to work hybrid setup during US business hours in BGC, Taguig.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships inside/outside the company.
• Customer service excellence and team-player mindset.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office 365; intermediate/advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with internal and external customers and Schneider functional areas.
• Handles all customer inquiries including status, production, delivery and billing.
• Coordinates product selection, order placement, delivery schedules, and expediting.
• Performs order entry, order maintenance, open-order reporting, and customer forecasts.
• Interprets customer requirements for CTO products and ensures BOM compatibility.
• Provides product information and cross-referencing as needed.
• Maintains information in systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and MS Teams.
