Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
At least 3 years of experience in documentation management, data entry or data administration support.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel).
Knowledge of ORACLE, FileNet, eDocs, SharePoint.
Understanding of the quote-to-cash process.

Responsibilities

Receive, enter, and process orders into the Business System.
Responds to general inquiries and identifies escalation needs.
Coordinate with factory personnel, Inside Sales and Customer Support.
Notify customer of promised delivery date and provide shipment confirmation.
Update order and quote records and status in the Business System.
