You will provide desktop and server support, collaborate with the onsite operations team, and maintain detailed IT documentation, ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments; knowledge of Linux is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across all levels.
