Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and server support to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Handle Level 2 end-user support escalated from Level 1.
• Work closely with onsite operations team to configure, troubleshoot, and monitor systems.
• Manage incidents and escalated complex issues as needed.
• Follow standard escalation procedures and ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain IT documentation, including infrastructure and inventory records.
