Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Onsite IT Support professional to bolster the IT infrastructure at the PTC site.

You will provide desktop and server support, handling Level 2 end-user escalations and working with the onsite operations team to troubleshoot and monitor systems. The role requires a degree in computer science or IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard escalation procedures and ensure issue resolution.

This role will join the Onsite Operations team to support the IT infrastructure at the PTC site. The candidate is expected to have experience maintaining large-scale systems, strong communication skills, and excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
