Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid experience in Employee Relations & Engagement, HR Operations, or HR Generalist functions.
Strong project management and event coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, internal communications, volunteer and community activities, and employee events.
Partner with leaders, employees, and external stakeholders to drive programs that strengthen culture, belonging, and organizational pride.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Support onboarding and New Employee Orientation activities.
Track engagement metrics and prepare reports on program outcomes.
