The role coordinates engagement activities, events, surveys, and internal communications, analyzes feedback, and helps build a sense of belonging across multiple business units while ensuring timely execution of initiatives on-site in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Employee Engagement or related functions.
• Experience organizing events and engagement activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and Canva for creating engaging communications.

Responsibilities

• Implements employee engagement programs aligned with goals and values.
• Plans and facilitates employee activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Coordinates with departments and vendors to execute initiatives.
• Analyzes feedback from surveys and focus groups to identify trends.
• Maintains internal communications and reports on program outcomes.
