Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, learning & development, or organizational development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable handling employee-facing programs and activities.
• Able to analyze employee feedback and translate insights into actionable HR initiatives.
• Experience in training facilitation, employee engagement programs, or organizational development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate company events, employee activities, and culture-building programs.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and support learning, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Assist in designing career development, performance management, and employee development programs.
• Partner with different departments to promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Monitor engagement initiatives and provide recommendations based on employee feedback and organizational needs.
• Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
