You will collaborate with multiple departments to create programs that boost satisfaction, morale, and organizational commitment.

The role emphasizes communication, events management, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and data analytics to inform strategic people decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (HR, marketing, internal communications).
• Strong capability in creating visual and multimedia materials, including AVPs, videos, and presentation decks.
• Proficient in presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop).
• Ability to translate concepts, data, and programs into engaging visual content for internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with the HR Manager to execute engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies about company news and policies.
• Plan events and activities that foster team building and employee recognition.
• Design and implement employee recognition programs and rewards.
• Promote wellness and work-life balance through relevant programs and partnerships.
• Gather and analyze data to measure engagement and inform program decisions.
