Job summary

Zetatech Energy in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Engineer for local hire to lead on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of energy storage systems, including lithium batteries, inverters, and BMS/EMS.

You will diagnose and resolve faults remotely or on-site, conduct operation and maintenance training for customers, and help develop localized training materials while coordinating with logistics and service partners to ensure parts and services arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of energy storage systems (lithium batteries, inverters, BMS/EMS).
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical issues; diagnose and resolve faults remotely (phone/online tools) or via on-site visits.
• Conduct operation & maintenance training for customers and their operators; help develop localized training materials and manuals when needed.
• Collect and relay clear, timely field feedback to HQ R&D and Sales on product performance, recurring issues, and local market needs.
• Coordinate with logistics and local service partners to ensure spare parts and service activities are delivered on time.

2. Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical issues; diagnose and resolve faults remotely (phone/online tools) or via on-site visits.
