Job summary

IAN SMART ENERGY CORP is seeking a customer-focused sales and service representative to engage customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions at our Iloilo City site. You will qualify leads, present energy products, and build a pipeline to reach monthly targets.

You will manage orders, coordinate onboarding, and maintain records in our CRM while collaborating with a fast-paced team and staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in addressing customer challenges.

• Preferably, existing knowledge of the energy or renewable energy sector would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, converting inquiries into customer relationships.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Present product features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to meet sales targets while maintaining satisfaction.
• Process orders and ensure smooth contract execution and onboarding.
