Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers within assigned territory, developing a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Present and demonstrate energy solutions and services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand energy requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales transactions in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach and generate leads.
