Ian Smart Energy Corp is seeking a dedicated Office Staff/Sales professional to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that combines administrative support with sales responsibilities, playing a crucial role in driving customer engagement and operational excellence. You will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, managing enquiries, processing transactions, and actively contributing to our sales objectives whilst maintaining the high standards our clients expect from us.

What you\'ll be doing

• Handling incoming customer calls, emails and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Processing customer orders and transactions accurately whilst maintaining detailed records
• Identifying sales opportunities and actively promoting our energy products and services to customers
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining organized administrative files and documentation systems
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfilment
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets whilst maintaining quality standards
• Following company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality requirements
