Job summary

IAN SMART ENERGY CORP is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative / Office Staff to join our team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. This full-time role blends customer-facing sales with back-office support, driving growth while maintaining client relationships and handling administrative tasks.

The position requires training for 1 month in Quezon City, with company-provided airfare, free accommodation during training, meal allowance, and opportunities for career growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy, utilities or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven attitude.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to train for 1 month in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and engage potential clients for energy solutions.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and close sales while meeting profitability targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and upsell opportunities.
• Submit accurate sales reports, proposals and documentation promptly.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for order processing and onboarding.
