Job summary

Envision Energy (Denmark) is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory strategy, ensure DOE and ERC compliance, and engage with government authorities on renewable energy projects including Solar, Wind, and BESS. The role covers project lifecycle regulatory needs and governance.

You will coordinate regulatory submissions, monitor policy changes, and advise management on regulatory risk and opportunities across the Philippines portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline (see Education).
• JD/LLB highly preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and government engagement with DOE and ERC for renewable energy projects.
• Manage DOE/ ERC applications, filings, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor DOE/ ERC regulatory changes and advise on impact to projects and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams on regulatory milestones, reporting, and compliance.
• Maintain regulatory trackers and documentation for DOE/ERC compliance.
• Support PPA/PSA regulatory reviews and approvals.
