Envision Energy in the Philippines seeks a Regulatory & Compliance Manager to lead regulatory strategy, ensure compliance, and engage with the Department of Energy (DOE) and Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for Solar, Wind, and BESS projects. This role oversees regulatory requirements across the full energy project lifecycle.

The position requires extensive experience in energy regulation, strong coordination with DOE/ERC, and ability to manage PSAs/PPAs and market mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or related discipline.
• Juris Doctor / Bachelor of Laws is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage regulatory strategy and compliance for DOE and ERC engagements.
• Coordinate applications, registrations, submissions, reports, and approvals with DOE and ERC.
• Monitor and ensure DOE/ERC regulatory compliance and track milestones and deadlines.
• Review regulatory issuances and assess impact of policy changes on projects.
