Job summary

We seek a self-driven professional with 6 months to 1 year in process improvement and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, engineering, or related discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business process improvement, operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of business process methodologies and technology to map business processes; Six Sigma is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
• Develop and maintain process maps, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Support energy solutions leaders and teams throughout the business process and management lifecycle.
• Identify interactions between people, processes, and technology to deliver fit-for-purpose business solutions.
• Ensure business processes align with governance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Monitor process performance using metrics, KPIs, and feedback loops, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably required by the company.
