Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an End User Support professional to deliver exceptional service for employees, both in person and remotely. You’ll support software and hardware issues, and assist engineering teams with setting up and troubleshooting systems on the ground.

With 0–4 years in IT support, you’ll diagnose issues, set up new equipment, and work with Operations, MIS, and other teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• 0 to 4 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication – Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Technical, logical thought process.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Willingness to move and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic and routine IT support tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
