Job summary

Ubiquity in Bacolod is seeking an End User Support to deliver reliable IT assistance to staff, both on-site and remotely via our ticketing system. You will diagnose issues, resolve software and hardware problems, and help maintain equipment in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Collaborating with Operations, Workforce and MIS, you’ll set up new devices, support engineering teams, and ensure timely ticket resolution while upholding our Head, Heart, Hustle ethos.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Effective communication - Intermediate to Advanced English.
• Technical, logical thought process and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to move and lift heavy equipment.

• Handle basic and routine IT support tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide first level support for software and hardware.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Workforce, MIS.
