Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT End-User-Support Engineer to ensure smooth operation of end-user devices and deployments. You will coordinate with teams, support backend and business operations, and resolve issues within SLA.

Responsibilities include handling Jira tickets, managing user accounts, installing software, and participating in OS upgrades. The role requires 2+ years in IT end-user support and expertise in Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, AD, and Windows OS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT end-user support experience (mobile, tablet, Windows).
• Advanced to expert in Office 365, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Advanced to expert in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Advanced to expert in Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets from Jira Service Desk; provide tech support via phone, remote, or in-person.
• Manage user accounts with Active Directory, IDM, MFA, and MobileIron.
• Address IT service requests: device setup, configuration, software installation.
• Assist in problem management and troubleshooting to reduce tickets and costs.
• Participate in projects like mass deployments and OS upgrades.
