Job summary

Eastvantage Group in the Philippines is seeking a skilled M365 Support Specialist to join our team. You will support Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and contribute to service improvements.

Responsibilities include end-user support, incident resolution, administration tasks, and maintaining accurate ticket records. You will collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and apps.
• Hands-on with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Windows 10 desktop support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests, escalate when needed.
• Perform user and group administration, security permissions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support Major Incident, Problem, Change Management activities when required.
• Create and maintain knowledge base and support procedures.
• Contribute to service improvements, onboarding, reporting.
• Maintain ticket records and KPI performance.
