Job summary

Smartsourcing in Cebu City is seeking a full-time, onsite Technical Support Engineer who will be the friendly go-to for end-user issues across hardware, software, and connectivity. You’ll deploy devices, manage accounts, and keep endpoints healthy.

You’ll work within ITSM processes, escalate complex issues, and document fixes while delivering excellent service. The role requires 1–2 years' desktop or IT support and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years in desktop or IT support.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM).
• Experience with AD, Azure, M365 and ticketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line end-user support for hardware, software, OS, and connectivity.
• Configure, install, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and authentication requirements.
• Monitor endpoint health and perform updates/patches.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and knowledge base articles.
• Support AI readiness and responsible AI usage.
