RELX International is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead a team responsible for Windows infrastructure, AD, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). The role requires 10–12 years in systems or infra engineering and 3–5 years in leadership, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10–12 years in systems or infrastructure engineering.
• 3–5 years in leadership or people management.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows servers, AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory, AWS and/or Azure, and Microsoft 365 services.

Mansioni

• Lead team of systems engineers to ensure timely and accurate performance of all team activities.
• Carry out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
• Provide training and resources to staff; give frequent feedback and coaching to meet goals.
• Coordinate with development groups, support groups, and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Assist in daily system support and early detection of changes in system responses.
• Refine system monitoring and reporting with support groups for problem recovery.
• Diagnose system performance problems and adjust parameters to improve performance.
• Develop and implement security programs and tools to measure success.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
• All other duties as assigned.
