Job summary

Relx Plc seeks an Operations Supervisor for OCC End User Computing in Manila. The role leads a team of systems engineers, focusing on Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).

You will oversee incident management, change requests, and major incidents while driving automation and security initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in systems/infrastructure, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 10-12 years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of systems engineers to ensure timely, accurate performance of all activities.
• Manage staffing: hiring, training, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Coordinate with development, support groups, and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Provide daily support of systems/products, detect and pursue changes in system behavior.
• Develop and implement security programs and governance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.
