RELX International is seeking an experienced Senior Systems/Infrastructure Manager in the Philippines to lead a team across Windows infrastructure, AD, and cloud services. The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365, enterprise identity platforms, and incident management, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–12 years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or people-management role.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows systems and infrastructure (Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Active Directory) and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Knowledge of incident management, service requests, change requests, and major incident management.
• Strong skills in planning, delegation, and cross-team coordination.

• Lead a systems engineering team to ensure timely, quality delivery of tasks.
• Manage staff training, feedback, and performance related to IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with development, support, and vendor groups to meet deadlines.
• Provide daily support of systems/products and early detection of issues.
• Refine monitoring and reporting with support groups for problem recovery.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours escalations.
• Develop and implement security programs and project deliverables.
