Job summary

LPS is seeking an experienced System Team Lead to own and lead Infrastructure Operations across Windows, AD, VMware/Nutanix, and data centre environments. You will guide migrations, refresh projects and security/compliance initiatives while ensuring availability and resilience for mission-critical services.

The role requires hands-on expertise, cross-team leadership and strong collaboration with clients and vendors to deliver robust infrastructure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Strong experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• VMware/Nutanix administration, migrations and tech refresh.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical coordination and operational oversight for critical infrastructure services and activities.
• Lead technical engagement with clients, stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Represent infrastructure in audits, compliance assessments and governance activities.
• Provide support and coordination for CyberArk PAM operations, upgrades or migrations.
• Coordinate infrastructure transformation initiatives, planning and validation.
• Oversee patching, vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities.
• Oversee asset, ITSM, lifecycle, inventory and warranty management.
• Ensure accurate infrastructure reporting and metrics.
• Collaborate with application, network and security teams to resolve incidents.
