Job summary

RELX is seeking an experienced Systems/Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise Windows environments, AD, DNS/DHCP, and cloud services (AWS/Azure). You will lead a technical team and drive incident management, changes, and automation, collaborating closely with development groups and vendors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in systems or infrastructure engineering.
Experience in technical leadership or SME capacity.
Advanced knowledge of Windows servers, AD, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory and cloud (AWS/Azure).
Experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Experience with third‑party SaaS services (Saviynt, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude AI).
Knowledge of incident management, change requests, and major incident handling.
Scripting for automation and familiarity with virtual server environments.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical resources on initiatives, projects, optimization, and operations.
Diagnose problems with applications and systems using structured approaches.
Coordinate changes, service requests, and incident resolution.
Collaborate with development groups, support teams, and vendors to meet deadlines.
Provide on‑call support and after‑hours coverage as needed.
