Q2 HR Solutions in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to deliver qualified hires within headcount forecasts and client requirements, managing end-to-end recruitment from intake to hiring closure. The role requires building talent pipelines, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and offering support in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, or related HR function.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a target- and SLA-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment databases, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Exposure to client-facing recruitment or outsourced recruitment operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job requisitions from intake and calibration through sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring closure.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job platforms, databases, referrals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates based on role requirements, compensation, availability, location, work arrangement, and other agreed qualifications.
• Ensure candidate profiles and endorsements are complete, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
• Proactively manage candidate movement, follow-ups, interview schedules, and offer-related requirements to drive requisitions toward closure.
