Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, or related HR function.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a target- and SLA-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment databases, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Exposure to client-facing recruitment or outsourced recruitment operations is an advantage.

• Proactively manage candidate movement, follow-ups, interview schedules, and offer-related requirements to drive requisitions toward closure.

Q2 HR Solutions is looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our People4People (P4P) team.

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering qualified hires within agreed headcount forecasts, recruitment SLAs, and client requirements. This role manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, endorsement, interview coordination, offer support, and successful hiring closure.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Manpower Fulfillment

• Manage assigned job requisitions from intake and calibration through sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring closure.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job platforms, databases, referrals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates based on role requirements, compensation, availability, location, work arrangement, and other agreed qualifications.
• Ensure candidate profiles and endorsements are complete, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
• Proactively manage candidate movement, follow-ups, interview schedules, and offer-related requirements to drive requisitions toward closure.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with recruiters, team leads, hiring managers, and client stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Provide timely updates on sourcing progress, pipeline health, candidate availability, risks, and recruitment bottlenecks.
• Escalate recruitment concerns that may impact SLA, fill rate, candidate quality, or hiring timelines and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional, responsive, and service-oriented communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Systems, Process & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition records in approved recruitment and ATS platforms.
• Complete required reports, trackers, system updates, and other recruitment documentation within established deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation procedures, data privacy standards, and internal operating guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, turnaround time, and overall recruitment efficiency.
• Participate in required training and development activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant recruitment, HR, sourcing, or talent acquisition training/certification is an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, RPO, or a related HR function.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines in a target- and SLA-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment databases, job portals, and sourcing tools.
• Exposure to client-facing recruitment, account-based hiring, or outsourced recruitment operations is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, and offer support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines and recruitment SLAs.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and adopt recruitment technologies, systems, and reporting tools.
