Qualifications

• 6–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with technical focus.
• 2–3 years in leadership or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for technical roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
• Lead talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives.
• Manage recruitment activities across Network Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure roles.
• Oversee sourcing through LinkedIn, portals, networks, campaigns, and referrals.
• Coach and manage Recruitment Specialists and TA team.
