Job summary

HRTx Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR / L&D Focus) in Makati, with an onsite setup and a Monday–Friday schedule. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and basic learning and development support, ensuring alignment with HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field, plus experience in recruitment and HR support, and strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding and clearance processing.

• Conduct training needs analysis and support learning initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Support HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure hiring requirements are met.
