Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, fairs, and other channels.
• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers based on job requirements.
