Job summary

SFI Human Resources Consultancy Inc. is recruiting a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end talent sourcing and screening on-site in Pasig.

The role involves publishing job ads, networking with potential hires, setting qualification criteria with hiring managers, and conducting phone screens and in-person interviews for various levels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major job portals, strong sourcing skills on social media, and familiarity with applicant tracking

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in a manpower agency or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Jobstreet and Indeed.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through social media and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
• Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Host and participate in job fairs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a candidate database for future openings.
