Job summary

City Government of Muntinlupa - Government is seeking a TA Specialist I to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts, including resume sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and endorsing candidates to the hiring manager for offers. You will maintain accurate candidate data and reports.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process, adherence to policies, and timely updates of the applicant tracker

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably a Bachelor Degree holder in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or HR Management.
• OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES!
• With at least one year of relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screens resumes to ensure quality applicants.
• Organizes and schedules interviews and assessments and sends related communications.
• Provides instructions for examinations and online assessments.
• Requests offer letters for successful applicants to support hiring.
• Endorses candidates for pre-employment processing.
• Maintains applicant tracker and funnel generation.
• Consolidates talent database for reporting and centralization.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and various management systems.
• Reports security incidents or identified weaknesses.
