Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source candidates through multiple channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Conduct background and reference checks
• Negotiate offers and maintain candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment records and metrics
