Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in both volume hiring (blue-collar) and executive search (C2 level).
• Strong independent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and evaluation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field (preferred).
• Experience in multi-industry recruitment.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, networks, and databases.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Hire across blue-collar, mid-management, and C2-level leadership roles.
• Partner with managers for manpower planning and profiling.
• Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback to stakeholders.
• Facilitate offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Ensure policy compliance and recruitment best practices.
• Track metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
