Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and technical roles. You will source candidates, screen, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and support onboarding, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Onsite three days a week at Mall of Asia Business Complex, with shifting schedules and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

End-to-end recruitment experience across high-volume and technical hires.
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
Manage full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring SLAs are met.
Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Provide offers, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS.
Maintain positive candidate experience and compliance with policies.
