Job summary

Capgemini Philippines is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and technical roles. You will source candidates, screen, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and support onboarding, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Manage full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Provide offers, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and compliance with policies.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both high-volume hiring initiatives and technical niche roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and achieving recruitment targets.Main Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Candidate AttractionSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.Build talent pipelines for volume hiring and niche technical roles.Utilize recruitment tools and sourcing platforms to identify top talent.End-to-End Recruitment ManagementManage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.Ensure timely candidate progression and adherence to recruitment SLAs.Candidate Assessment & InterviewingConduct interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.Support hiring decisions through effective candidate assessment.Key ResponsibilitiesVolume Hiring ManagementManage high-volume recruitment campaigns and multiple requisitions.Maintain candidate pipelines and drive timely hiring outcomes.Monitor hiring progress and recruitment metrics.Stakeholder & Candidate ManagementPartner with hiring managers and serve as the primary contact for candidates.Provide recruitment updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Offer Management & Onboarding SupportPrepare and present job offers, including salary discussions and negotiations.Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.Recruitment Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.Track recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports.Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.Work Arrangement:Onsite schedule of 3 days per week at the Mall of Asia Business ComplexMust be amenable to work on shifting schedulesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in both volume hiring and technical recruitment.Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.Experience recruiting for technical and niche roles such as Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity professionals, Service Desk, Technical Support, and other IT positions.Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
