Job summary

VensureHRIndia is seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions. You will partner with your reporting manager to design and execute talent acquisition strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience hiring for BPO, customer service, and non-technical operation roles.
• Proven track record in niche hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Proficient in recruitment analytics and Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the reporting manager to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment goals within defined timelines.
• Create and manage job postings across job boards, social media channels, ATS platforms, and other sourcing avenues.
• Develop sourcing strategies and role-specific assessment criteria based on market insights and recruitment trends.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• Source top talent using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Conduct candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships to build robust talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
