IT By Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for IT MSP and internal roles. You will source, screen, and manage pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to advise on candidates and timelines.

You will collaborate daily with global TA/HR across India and the US, leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, and ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, IT MSP focus preferred.
• Experience sourcing and screening for IT helpdesk, security, cloud, and L1–L3 roles.
• Experience collaborating with global teams (India/US) is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our IT MSP business and internal support hiring needs. This role requires a numbers-driven, passionate recruiter who is confident in sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and pipeline development, and who can hit the ground running from Day 1.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT MSP and corporate roles, including O365, Windows, Helpdesk, Cybersecurity, Azure, Cloud, Active Directory, L1/L2/SME/L3 technical positions, as well as internal roles across Marketing, HR, Finance, Sales and Administration.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, referrals, and other channels.

• Conduct initial screening and assess technical experience, communication, and overall fit.

• Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide candidate recommendations.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-employment requirements.

• Track recruitment activities, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics using Excel, Power BI, and TA dashboards.

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate daily with global TA and HR team members across India and the US.

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to improve sourcing, screening, and reporting efficiency.

About you

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with hands-on experience recruiting for an IT MSP (Managed Service Provider) and internal/corporate support roles.

• Comfortable collaborating with global team members across India and the US; prior experience recruiting for US-based roles is a strong advantage.

• Number-driven and passionate about recruitment, with strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Tech-savvy and AI-friendly, with daily working experience using tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, plus familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, or similar platforms.

• Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to hit the ground running from Day 1.

• Able to manage multiple requisitions with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional working knowledge of databases, Excel, Power BI, and TA dashboards for reporting and analysis.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
